According to a press statement released on Tuesday, the child was last spotted in the Baffin Island community on Sunday evening, with his family notifying authorities of his absence the following day.
The boy’s lifeless body was located shortly before noon on Tuesday, as confirmed by the police. No additional information has been disclosed at this time.
