Damage to homes and apartment buildings was reported, with one child among the wounded. The region, largely under Russian control, faced intensified attacks on critical infrastructure, prompting warnings of potential power and heating disruptions this winter.
In response, a Ukrainian drone attack in Russia’s Belgorod region resulted in three fatalities and nine injuries, with three individuals in critical condition, as confirmed by local authorities.
