Meggie Dougherty Howard and Taegan Stewart scored for Calgary Wild, who remain winless at 0-2 after succumbing to a 4-2 halftime deficit against Ottawa. Despite Ottawa dominating possession at 59% to Calgary’s 42% at TD Place Stadium, the visitors outshot them 13-12 (with 8 shots on target to Ottawa’s 6).
