Her impressive performance has placed her at the top of the NSL scoring charts alongside Elyse Bennett of the Montreal Roses. Notably, De Filippo was honored as the league’s player of the month for August after contributing five goals and two assists.
Having joined the Rise before their debut season last year, De Filippo played a key role in helping Vancouver clinch the inaugural NSL championship in November. The talented forward expressed her growth both on and off the field since joining the club and expressed her delight in continuing her journey with them.
