“Stars Shine in Canadian Fashion at 2026 Juno Awards”

The climax of Canada’s most significant music event of the year, the 55th edition of the Juno Awards, was filled with anticipation, featuring a special tribute to Nelly Furtado and live performances by Arkells, The Beaches, and Daniel Caesar. Notably, Prime Minister Mark Carney was among the attendees at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton.

Similar to previous Juno Awards ceremonies, this year showcased strong support for Canadian fashion designers and brands on the vibrant orange carpet, with artists like Tia Wood, Kardinal Offishall, and SadBoi making bold and personal fashion statements. Several celebrities dazzled in elegant black-and-white outfits, while others opted for eye-catching red ensembles.

Highlighted below are the standout outfits from the red carpet at the 2026 Juno Awards:

Nelly Furtado, the honored recipient of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame induction, graced the event in a strapless brocade gown designed by Canadian talent Lesley Hampton, accentuated with Alexis Bittar jewelry.

Sarah McLachlan embraced ’90s minimalism with a chic low-cut, spaghetti-strap floral dress, winning a Juno for the adult contemporary album of the year.

SadBoi, also known as Ebhoni Jade Cato-O’Garro, stunned in a custom ensemble by Canadian stylist Marc Andrew Smith, complemented with Alexis Bittar jewelry, after winning a Juno for rap album/EP of the year.

Kardinal Offishall flaunted a striking cow print jacket paired with leather pants, oversized sunglasses, and a statement pendant necklace as he walked the orange carpet.

Tia Wood, nominated for contemporary Indigenous artist or group of the year, turned heads in an exquisite all-red gown by Heather Bouchier, styled by Jason Pillay, with jewelry by Helen Oro Designs.

Yves Jarvis, nominated for alternative album of the year, sported a stylish mixed-pattern tailored suit with Gucci hiking shoes on both the gala night and the orange carpet.

Tanika Charles, a nominee for traditional R&B/soul recording of the year, stood out in a bold black-and-white leopard-print gown by Toronto label L’uomo Strano by Mic Carter, paired with vibrant pink earrings.

Raf-Saperra, known as Adeel Sardar Khan, rocked a striking black-and-red outfit featuring a cropped quilted jacket, voluminous wide-leg trousers, and a black fur hat, nominated for South Asian music recording of the year.

Sofia Camara, a breakthrough artist nominee, donned an oversized pinstripe suit by Canadian label RW & Co., accessorized with a necktie and wallet chain.

Melanie Fiona, who clinched a Juno for traditional R&B/soul recording of the year, sparkled in a shimmering strapless gown with floor-length sleeves, complemented by shoulder-grazing earrings and statement rings.

Karena Evans, a Juno winner for music video of the year, rocked a sculptural canvas work jacket by Afterhours, shorts by Canadian label RE—PULL, and leather slingback pumps.

Chyl, professionally known as Ruochen Shi and nominated for dance recording of the year, sported an oversized racing jacket with a leather miniskirt and a short necktie on the orange carpet.

Fredz, nominated for francophone album of the year, exuded sophistication in a cropped, embellished leather perfecto jacket paired with wide-leg pants and a statement buckle belt.

The Beaches, nominated for group of the year and winners of rock album of the year, displayed their individual styles on the orange carpet: Jordan Miller in a Kwame Adusei gown, Leandra Earl in a leather jacket by Won Hundred, Kylie Miller in a Sagradesa skirt, and Eliza Enman-McDaniel in a gown by The Sei.
