Kelly Pannek and Britta Curl-Salemme scored for the Frost, whose record stands at 4-1-1-3. Maddie Rooney made 17 saves in the losing effort.
The Charge took an early lead in the first period with a backdoor tap-in goal by Jenner. The Frost equalized with a power-play goal early in the second period. Ottawa then surged ahead with three goals in a span of just over six minutes.
