Four individuals with current or past ties to Western University are facing multiple charges related to the alleged possession of chemicals that could be used to create explosives at a residence west of the campus in London, Ontario.
Residents in the quiet neighborhood expressed surprise and curiosity as police cordoned off the house at 212 Chesham Pl., with one neighbor stating, “Nothing too exciting happens here.”
