To penalize countries opposing his stance on Greenland, Trump announced a 10% tariff on EU member states, prompting the EU to consider retaliatory tariffs or the use of the Anti-Coercion Instrument (ACI), popularly known as the “trade bazooka.”
Karlsbro, a Swedish member of the European Parliament, advocates for a strong response to Trump’s tactics, suggesting that the EU needs to demonstrate firmness using the “trade bazooka” approach.
